Q1: Are your items brand new?
Our Jimmy Choo Outlet Website provides the excellent Shoes, which are all guaranteed brand new. We do not sell any used items.
Q2: Which methods of payment do you accept?
Our website accepts VISA credit card, MasterCard.
Q3: Is it safe to pay via credit card?
Our Jimmy Choo Outlet Online store use credit card in a equal principles to customers, your money will flow into our account and we have no rights to know anything about your credit card information. But if you have any problems about the payment, you should contact with your credit card company to learn what has happened.
Q4: The reason for unsuccessful payment
 Customers pay for it but declined, it may be the reason as follows:
1. Fill out the inaccurate payment information
2. The Issuing bank does not support online shopping
3. The credit card balance is too less
4. Customers have bad payment records, and did not pass the IPS or western union filtration.
Q5:  What are the return, exchange, refund policies?
 In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer.
To return an item, please email us at first and also the reason of returning. We will then provide you with further instructions. Once the items were returned, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding 29% re-stocking/processing fee and US$30 return fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
 Before enjoying easy exchange & return policy, you must contact us for returning shipping address before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. All the returned shoes should be sent to the shipping address we email you.
Q6: About cancel the order and refund
 We need to deduct 29% of the payments in the amount if you want to cancel your order and refund, because it is the paypal companies' handling charges from us.
Q7: How long can I receive items?
Usually need 5-15 days to delivery. Please contact us if you don't received your item over 15 days and we will check for you.
Q8: How will you ship my designer shoes?
 We ship all our discount items via courier services to your door. You can track the progress of your shipment with a tracking number.
Q9: Do you ship the designer shoes internationally?
We uses EMS express courier for all of our shipments ship to anywhere in the world. We ship within 5-15 days and guarantee the arrival. If your shipment is not received in timely after receiving your tracking information, please contact us in time. We will worked with these companies and guarantee your shipment.
Q10: How about the delay?
We will avoid delay to our best ability. And we will contact you immediately if there is any significant delay with your order, while keep contacting you from the time your order is placed. We will provide you with a shipment tracking number at our own discretion when your shoes is sent out, which this tracking number will automatically be emailed to you. You do not have to email us asking if your package has been shipped, because we will send a notification to you.
Q11: How about the sales tax?
You would not to pay the sales tax.
Q12: What should I do, if I don't receive my goods that I order from your company?
     We would attempt to have your packages released if it had been in customs for more than 15 days. If can't, we would resend you 50% of your original order.
Q13: How to know whether the products you ordered has been sent or not？ 
After confirm order payment, we will send an order confirmation to your e-mail (please make sure the email is correct), and then we will take International Service and arrange shipment within 24h, after we shipped out order, we will send an email to you about order "Shipped Out" status, so if you want to know the tracking number, please email to jimmychooservice@gmail.com, and we will provide tracking no. you will be able to track online at www.usps.com.
Delivery times usually depending on the country of destination. Usually, goods will be shipped out 2-3 days after receiving the order. Please allow around 5-15 Business days from dispatch.
